Our Team

Rod Hart is Co-Founder and President of Flexestaff. He has over 15 years of experience in healthcare operations and IT design. His expertise includes system strategy and planning, system selection, system redesign, project leadership and system implementation. He was previously a Senior Manager with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, a leading consulting and technology firm. Mr. Hart has worked in the healthcare system of four countries (USA , Canada , New Zealand and Malaysia) and has an MBA and MHSA from the University of Michigan. He developed the idea of an online nursing shift auction in 2002 and, with Mayur Patel, partnered with Spartanburg Regional Health System to create eShift™.

Mayur Patel is Co-Founder and VP of Corporate Development. He has over 15 years of experience as a healthcare planner and consultant and has conducted a broad range of strategic planning and performance improvement engagements for hospitals and physician groups throughout the U.S., Eastern Europe, and East Africa. Prior to his work with Flexestaff, Mr. Patel was a Senior Manager in the PricewaterhouseCoopers healthcare consulting practice. He holds a BS degree in Biochemistry and an MS in Health Systems Management.
